These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as ‘GTCS’) are entered into between :

Any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the Atelier Platanos website, here in after referred to as ‘the Client’.

 

1. Purpose

The purpose of these GTC is to define the terms and conditions of distance selling between Atelier Platanos and the Client, from the order to the after-sales service, including payment and delivery.

 

2. Products

We are a company committed to providing quality, timeless and ethical clothing for everyday well-being.

 

3. Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Atelier Platanos reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered.

 

4. Order

Orders can be placed directly on our website www.atelierplatanos.com. The Customer will receive a confirmation email once the order has been validated. Atelier Platanos reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

 

5. Payment

Orders can be paid for by credit card or any other payment method offered on our website. Payment is secured via our payment service provider.

 

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when the order was placed. Delivery times vary according to the destination and the delivery method chosen. Atelier Platanos cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier.

 

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his/her right of withdrawal without having to justify his/her reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the products. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Any incomplete, damaged or soiled product will not be reimbursed or exchanged.

 

8. Returns and refunds

For all returns, the Customer must contact the Atelier Platanos customer service department by clicking here to obtain a return authorisation. The cost of the return is at the Customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or a product which does not conform to the order. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned products.

 

9. Guarantee

All products sold by Atelier Platanos benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the Client to return defective or non-compliant products.

 

10. Protection of Personal Data

Atelier Platanos is committed to protecting the Customer's personal data. The information collected is necessary for the management of the order and may be transmitted to Atelier Platanos' contractual partners involved in the execution of the order. The Client has the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning him/her, which he/she may exercise by contacting atelierplatanos@gmail.com.

 

11. Intellectual property rights

All elements of the Atelier Platanos website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Atelier Platanos. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, the elements of the site whether software, visual or sound.

 

12. Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are governed by Greek law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

 

13. Modification of the GTC

Atelier Platanos reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The new general terms and conditions of sale will apply to all orders placed after they have been posted on the website.
